Wedding Requirements

A $400.00 dollar deposit is required to hold the reservation date for your event and must be returned with the signed contract. The deposit
is non-refundable. The remaining fees will be become due 60 days prior to the event along with receipt of the Insurance Rider Certificate.

In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. If an event is cancelled within 90 days of the date, no monies are refundable.
There are no reimbursements from The Enchanted Meadows caused by weather conditions.

The Enchanted Meadows reserves the right to use any photos and/or video taken by The Enchanted Meadows during the event. There
only purpose will be for advertisement.

A $250.00 security deposit fee for damages will be collected 60 days prior to the event. The deposit will be refunded in full, to the Client,
within 30 days after the event, subject to any damages sustained by The Enchanted Meadows.

The Client agrees to pay for any damages or loss done to The Enchanted Meadows during the event above and beyond
the security deposit fee.

The Enchanted Meadows will not assume any responsibility for damages or loss of property of the Client, Client's guests, or subcontractors,
during, before, or after the event.

Smoking is restricted to tables only.

Clients are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance in the form of a Special Event Rider.
The Rider must include proof of special event coverage for the event at The Enchanted Meadows in the amount of One Million,
$1,000,000.00 dollars and "The Enchanted Meadows" must be listed as an Additional Insured. A copy of the Insurance Certificate must
be provided 60 days before the event. (You might want to check with your Homeowners policy for coverage.) This page requires a
signature and is to be turned in with your contract, acknowledging you have read and understood its contents.

Restrictions will apply and must be pre-approved by owners of, “The Enchanted Meadows.”
You MUST have a Licensed Bartender and proper insurance. Proof and copy of certification is required. All liabilities become responsibility
of the bartender and client. For more information, you may go to Websafe.com for more information.

A copy of their current Caterer's license and of their Insurance Policy must be on file prior to the event. If you are self-catering, your
Insurance Rider Certificate must provide the proper coverage. If self-catering, all refuge must be removed by client and facility must be
left as it was found.

Reminder: Package prices have an additional guest price after the amount of 125 guests.
An additional charge of $85.00 for each additional 100 guests.
